Formation à l'approche DPAPC

Nous accompagnons les cadres intermédiaires du médico-social à construire une culture professionnelle partagée par toute l'équipe. Nous formons les travailleurs sociaux à notre approche innovante, afin de leur permettre de développer leur pouvoir d'agir et de l'utiliser en suite dans les accompagnements qu'ils proposent. Cela fait évoluer les postures professionnelles et permet au professionnel de faire la différence dans ses accompagnements, tout en retrouvant une place harmonieuse au sein des équipes pluridisciplinaires et de l'organisation.

L'approche DPAPC passe par l'expérientiel. Cela implique que vous fassiez vous-même l'expérience du développement de votre pouvoir d'agir. Ce n'est qu'une fois que vous aurez vu le résultat et qu'il vous convient que vous pourrez apprendre à utiliser l'approche avec les personnes accompagnées. Ce renouvellement de vos méthodologies d'intervention, en prenant en compte qui vous êtes et votre contexte, vous permettra de retrouver du plaisir au travail et de remettre du sens dans vos pratiques.
